3. Course Access & Usage

• Once enrolled, you get non-transferable, limited access to view the course content for personal educational purposes.

   

• You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or share login access.

   

• Access duration may vary per course and will be stated clearly during enrollment.

   

4. Payments 

• All payments are processed via secure third-party platforms (e.g., Paystack, M-Pesa, card).

   

• Prices may appear in USD or your local currency depending on your region and settings.

   

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

   

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

   

• The Geeky Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

   

6. Code of Conduct

By using our platform, you agree to:

7. Intellectual Property

8. Third-Party Tools

Our platform may include links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Vimeo, Google Analytics, payment gateways). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their privacy practices or performance.

9. Changes to Courses or Platform

We reserve the right to update or modify courses, features, or prices at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform announcements.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Geeky Hub is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform, including data loss, missed opportunities, or technical issues. While we work to provide accurate and helpful content, we do not guarantee learning outcomes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these terms or misuses the content. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support.

12. Dispute Resolution

1. Informal Resolution First
   We’re committed to resolving your concerns in a fair and timely manner. If you have an issue with our services, please contact us first at hello@thegeekyhub.com. Most disputes can be resolved informally within 30 days.
2. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, regardless of your location.
3. Arbitration Agreement
   If we’re unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiation, you agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or our services through final and binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if applicable.
4. No Class Actions
   You and The Geeky Hub agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. That means no class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings of any kind.
5. Venue
   Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya. The proceedings will be confidential and conducted in English.
